The Lepaya app will support you throughout your learning journey. Before each training session, we will provide inspiring theory and ask you to prepare a case that you will practice with. In the weeks between the training days, you will apply your skills on the job. We will provide you with additional mini-challenges, buddy interactions and cheat sheets to guide you

  • Make the transition from knowing how it’s done (theory) to actually doing it (application) through roleplay with an actor.
  • Understand the importance of shifting attention to the other person, thereby putting aside or ‘parking’ personal solutions, opinions, thoughts and judgements temporarily.
2nd half day (3h)
Stakeholder Management
  • Experience stakeholder management from a different perspective using a specific framework.
  • Think in a structured way about how best to collaborate with stakeholders prior to commencing a project to increase the chances of a successful collaboration.
4th half day (3h)
Feedback for Growth
  • Acknowledge the positive effect of building up feedback according to the 5 steps.

Impactful Influencing
  • Discover the theory behind the Rose of Leary.
  • Make the transition from knowing how it’s done (theory) to doing it (application) through roleplay with an actor.
  • Understand that conversations are dynamic and that there is no fixed format for a situation or type of person. It’s about having a flexible approach and understanding the basics of interpersonal communication.
