- Understand the importance of shifting attention to the other person, thereby putting aside or ‘parking’ personal solutions, opinions, thoughts and judgements temporarily.
2nd half day (3h)
Stakeholder Management
- Experience stakeholder management from a different perspective using a specific framework.
- Think in a structured way about how best to collaborate with stakeholders prior to commencing a project to increase the chances of a successful collaboration.

- Acknowledge the positive effect of building up feedback according to the 5 steps.
